About Us

Our Story

Owner and Chairman, Francis McPartlon, is a third generation roofing professional carrying on the family trade since the 1950s. Francis jokes, “Roofing and stucco is literally a part of my DNA now.”

In the 1950s, Grandfather Thomas McPartlon brought Brian McPartlon and Kevin McPartlon (Francis’ father) into his roofing business in upstate New York. Many years later Kevin landed in Santa Fe after having moved to the San Francisco Bay Area first. In Santa Fe he met Anna, Francis’ mother, and together they started and then built up Santa Fe Stucco + Roofing into a successful small business.

Driven by Passion

Francis took over all operations in 2010, driven by a passion for roofing and stucco. In 2013 Francis became owner and chairman of Santa Fe Stucco + Roofing. Today, Santa Fe Stucco & Roofing has grown into the award-winning, second largest roofing company in New Mexico with a crew and team that practices exceptional customers services and long-lasting quality.

Now Chairman with primary focus on long-term business development goals, Francis became an owner and full time partner in 2011. Having grown up on roofs all his life, Francis actually has more experience in general construction than most folks twice his age. Francis is credited with bringing more industry leading techniques, materials, brands, and processes to the business.

Willie Collier

Born in Taos, NM, to a family of carpenters, roofers & general contractors, Willie has spent his entire life surrounded by and immersed in various building projects. He has a friendly and professional personality that he brings to every client he works with, ensuring that every concern is addressed and every question answered during every step of the process. Willie lives in Santa Fe with his wife and two children.

VP OF OPERATIONS

Caroline is a 5th generation Santa Fean. Her interest in construction stems from her parents careers in real estate, and exposure to general contracting through her father. She enjoys working with clients, bringing a heightened attention to the details of each individual project.

Kynsie Cohn

PROJECT MANAGER

Kynsie is from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and still an Albuquerque resident. She has worked at SFSR since August 2016, and has been steadily promoted from Office Manager to Project Manager. She specializes in knowing every detail, and constantly keeping customers in the loop about the progress of their roofing or stucco project. She enjoys meeting new people (especially if they have dogs), spending time with family and riding her horse Little Man.

Celeste Egedy

PROJECT MANAGER

Celeste Egedy was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM and returned in 2023 after 13 years in Austin, TX. She brings a wealth of experience to her role as Project Manager, having worked directly with clients in an array of environments for well over a decade. Clear communication and a collaborative spirit are at the core of Celeste’s approach, ensuring that everyone on each project stays informed and involved. Her strong interpersonal skills foster great relationships with clients, crews, and team members alike making her a great addition to SFSR.

Robert Trujillo

JUNIOR OPERATING MANAGER

Robert is originally from Albuquerque but moved to Santa Fe 13 years ago. When he’s not at work, Robert loves coaching various sporting teams and leagues with his children and spending time with his family camping, fishing and exploring Northern New Mexico. Prior to joining our team, Robert worked for a number of Santa Fe organizations in administration, management and customer relations.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Matt brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to his role as our Quality Assurance Manager. Formerly serving as the CEO Executive Assistant, Matt's transition into client relations has been nothing short of seamless. His deep understanding of executive operations and his exceptional organizational skills have quickly made him a cornerstone of our client service team.

In his current role, Matt leverages his background to forge strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost attention and efficiency. His ability to anticipate client requirements, coupled with his strategic thinking, helps drive positive outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.

When Matt is not on your roof, you can find him on the mountain.

OFFICE MANAGER

With a welcoming demeanor, Jennifer has been the friendly face of our company for the past few years. Her role encompasses more than just answering phones and managing schedules; Jennifer is a master at ensuring every client feels valued and informed. She expertly handles inquiries, coordinates appointments, and assists with many of the behind the scene details, all while providing exceptional customer service.

When Jennifer is not working, she loves to travel around New Mexico to explore its nature and find new hiking trails. She also loves spending time with her unusual pet—an Albino Ball Python!

Andres Lopez

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Andres is a lifelong resident of Santa Fe. He grew up doing construction with a family business as well as a background in logistics and in the culinary field. He enjoys traveling, cooking, fishing, spending time with family & friends and his dog, Oona.

Adrian Barela

Senior Accountant

Born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Adrian attended Ortiz Middle School and Capital High School. He received his Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting at University of New Mexico—Go Lobos! Adrian has over 14 year of accounting experience. When he is not working on spreadsheets, he is enjoying time with his family camping, boating, or traveling to watch the Green Bay Packers play some football!
